 A bit about me...

Hi my name is Tracey, I originally set up my cleaning business over 20 years ago, and after cleaning every thing you can think of from a one off cleans domestic cleans, student cleaning, new builds, factories night clubs and medical cleaning alongside inventories for student accommodation.

Working with many large companies Primesite, Jaybuild, Hallam university to name a few.

Our eye for detail...   we are experience in detail after ensuring our properties where l totally  clean for the next tenant alongside of reporting closely back to the property owner any repairs or damage, alongside  cleaning we often had request for Inventories which we accommodated hence @pinkinventory was created. 

All our reports are written in a straightforward format, including dated, digital colour photographs, which make it easy for landlord and tenant to agree any dispute without the need to revisit the property.

 

Completed digital paperwork will be available within 48 hours of the property visit. Copies are available via email this is included or hard copy, delivered by post or by hand, if request at an extra charge.

Under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme of 6 April 2007 professional Inventories help to settle or, preferably, avoid any disputes between Landlord and Tenant. The Tenancy Deposit Schemes (TDSs) became compulsory under the Housing Act 2004 for all residential Assured Shorthold Tenancies created on or after 6th April 2007 in order to protect a Tenant’s deposit and to resolve disputes before they escalate to TDS stage.

A fully detailed, clear and independent inventory is vital to minimise or prevent deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy.
